RE: Donation for Annual Tack Sale

Dear Equine Gold:

WIRE is gearing up for our Annual Tack Sale to be held June 26th. We are seeking donations for this benefit sale.

WIRE is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and placement of members of the equine family that have been abused, abandoned, and/or neglected.

With the economy being in the condition it is in, the horse community and horse industry has been greatly affected. Due to lost jobs and the price of feed, more horses than ever are being neglected and abandoned, and needing our services.

Our cost for feed has risen 30% over the past year making our job more difficult than ever.

All monies raised go directly to feeding and caring for the horses in our custody and care. When a horse first arrives at WIRE, it is seen by a vet and farrier. All necessary medical attention is provided to it. After the horse has been completely rehabilitated, we adopt it out to new loving home under strict contracts that guarantee them a life time of love and good health.
