Windmill Produce (www.windmillproduce.com.au)’s owners, Richard and Caroline Noble, have gained a wealth of experience from owning and working with many differing types of domestic animals in particular horses, cats and dogs and not forgetting pigs! Caroline has owned, competed and bred passionately, horses for over 40 years and has completed Horse Management Degree qualifications giving her a complete understanding of one of our most majestic of friends. Having Evented and Jumped, Carolines passion over the last 15 years has been in the discipline of Endurance Riding competing on a regular basis in Victoria on her Arab and Thoroughbred mounts. An interest she is passionate about is the re-education of ex-racehorses ensuring they have a useful and competitive life outside the track currently with 3 ex-racers of her own they all compete at different things! Richard grew up in a farming community and on the family farm and more recently has been involved in game keeping and rearing of pheasants and has trained dogs for work in the field
